The CLAN WA MHWB service recognises the impact of mental illness on families, friends and colleagues and offers assistance. As a part of CLAN WA’s Home Visiting Program our trained Staff provides support to individuals and families affected by mental illness through information and one-to-one support. No formal diagnosis is required to access this service.
Our Mental Health & Well Being service aims to assist people to understand, manage and develop new and existing skills. Receiving support, being able to talk through your story you will gain insight into your strengths and gain clarity and direction.
Our service is free, confidential and access is easy as the one-to-one family/individual support sessions can be arranged at a place and time convenient to you.
You can self refer to the Mental Health & Well Being program, or you can ask your GP, Counsellor, Social Worker to make a referral for you.
