Family Support Service
A free and confidential home-visiting program offered to families with children aged 0-12 years. Trained volunteers visit you in your home for around 2 hours per week.
CLAN WA can link you with a trained volunteer who can assist you work towards your goals and provide you with encouragement and support. The volunteer can help you explore parenting strategies.
CLAN WA can also link you and your family to other community services. You can self refer to CLAN WA Family Support program, or you can ask your GP, Counsellor, Community Health Service, Social Worker or Child Health Nurse to make a referral for you.
